The fine print

Transport

All transport related to the official program is provided by e-Types: water buses Vaporetto (48 hour ticket) and transfer from and to the airport. Keep your Varporetto ticket with you at all times during the days.

Art

All the entrances to the Biennale (Arsenale and Giardini) and selected galleries for the officiel programme are provided by e-Types.

Food and drinks

All three dinners (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) are provided by e-Types. The same goes for wine and beer during dinner (drinks on your own). Lunch and additional drinks out and about town are on your own. Breakfast is included at the hotel.

Parties and the city

When you go home at night, please remember that we are not allowed to party loud at the hotel. Nor is it allowed to party in the streets, as the city is old and tourist policies are quite strict. You’ll be subject to significant fines if you overstep the city rules.

Luggage

You are allowed to bring:

  • One carry-on (max. 8KG)
  • One check-in bag (max. 23KG)
  • Do what you like however from experience a carry-on is more than enough.

Mosquitos

In all rooms you find a small blue bug repellent lamp, which should be turned on. Don’t turn it off! If missing please ask for one in the reception.

  • Shoes for walking
